A long way to go...

Here are some pictures of the car the boys are going to race this summer. It's a 1969 Ford Fairlane. Isn't that what it looks like to you? They are doing body work and cleaning everything out of it now. Basically they are starting from scratch. Jeri even helps out. She was sweeping the floor before I could get out there with my camera. She is more than ready for the day she gets to drag race. But according to JJ she never will....

More than just trimming..

Well. It was a good thing I got home when I did yesterday or all I would have had left is a stump. The boys just loved cutting the poor thing down. I am not looking at it for a while.. Everyone in town is going to be upset. The ladies drive around just to see the tree bloom. Not this year. JJ got very good in his creations. A piece sign to match the one next to him. Jeri and Molly sat in the car and watched. Good thing we have an air conditioner or we will be very hot this summer.. It'll grow right?

Here is the picture of Sue at the hospital after her fall. It was Monday morning as we all know. She is home now and in bed 99.9% of the time. Hope she gets better really soon. All the flowers in her room keep it cheery and they smell good. Mom goes over every morning to help her through the morning and cook something scrumptious for dinner. Sue thanks everyone for all the good wishes, phone calls and thoughts of her this past week..... We hope she heals really quick..
