Sue's Raisins..

So what do you think about the size of these Chocolate covered raisins? HUGE. Most of them are an inch long. This first one looks to be 1 and 1/8th long. The girl scouts do it big these days. I have to admit I have never seen any this size. These are one of the great gifts we got at Sue's Christmas bingo.. Better than a foam picture frame..lol

Snow and the new room

I see I have been terrible about posting. It takes , or it seems, forever to get the pictures downloaded and saved. These are of the snow, Molly in the snow, and snow from our new room. And..... new room pictures. I can hardly wait. It is going to be so nice to have it done.

Christmas 2007

It snowed on and off all Christmas day. It was the first one , at the moment , that I can remember... Aunt Sue had us Christmas eve for dinner. We had Chinese food this year. We ordered enouph for 2 dinners. Sue had her normal giveaways. It always makes us laugh. Just watching her watch us open our "stuff" is worth it. Christmas morning was at the Deans and breakfast was great as always. JJ called this morning and made all the Burgess family cry. We miss him. Then we are off again to Aunt Sue's for dinner. Which by the way was extremly good. mmmm.

Well our first Christmas with out one of our kids. JJ as you all know is in Texas. A very different day for us. But more for him. Our thoughts were with him every minute. But we had a fine Christmas anyway. Saga and Kate are here. I have picture of her with Grandma Dean. And then of Jeri opening her presents. We leave for Texas on Wednesday at the crack of dawn. We are excited. Mom and Dad are going too. We will all have lots of fun...

Jeri's got her license...

Jeri's got her license. Here she is coming in the front door from showing off it off at Grandma Deans house. Yes it is snowing in the background.. We called her and told her to come home ...it was snowing.... The bottom picture is her and her license. She is so proud. It was snowing while she took her test in Morton . Now I can send her to the store. How long will that last? We haven't heard from JJ yet and Jeff says we may not for another week. We sure think of him all the time. 31 days to San Antonio. ..
